By attending your regular examination appointments and doing what you have been advised by the dentist to do daily at home you can improve and maintain your hygiene.

Regular examination appointments including a scale and polish with the dentist and any demonstrations you may require.
Fluoride toothpaste advice, samples and prescriptions if necessary
